- Launch key visual
The brief was a launch key visual for the new Hunter's Extreme Cider range: the cans in a fresh, abstract brushed-aluminium environment under bright fluorescent light.
That creates a problem. Silver cans in a silver room disappear into the background. The set was meant to echo the packs, so something else had to pull the product forward.
The answer was water. We simulated splashes around the cans in 3D, so the spray catches the fluorescent light and draws a clean edge between product and set. Because it's a simulation rather than a photographed splash, every droplet sits exactly where the composition needs it.
The cans were built photorealistically from the pack artwork, with label detail and the aluminium finish rendered to match the real product.
Splashes, pours and other liquids eat days on a physical shoot. In CGI they're designed. This sits under Product Shoot in the current offer, and the same scene can be taken into motion as a Product Animation.
