Your information, handled simply.
Rendermatic Virtual Studios ("Rendermatic", "we") is a product visualisation studio in Cape Town, South Africa. This notice explains what we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have. We process personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
What we collect
- When you contact us: the name, email address or WhatsApp number, and the message or project type you send through our form, email, phone or WhatsApp. We use this only to reply to you and to quote on your project. With your enquiry we also record how you found the site (for example the search, ad or campaign link you came from, and the page you landed on) and a short reference code, so we can see which of our marketing brings in the right projects. The same reference code is recorded, without any personal details, when you tap our WhatsApp, email or call buttons. We also note which sections of the page you looked at before getting in touch, so we can see what helps people decide.
- If you accept cookies: usage information, such as the pages you view, the buttons you click, how you scroll, your approximate location (country or city) and the device type. This tells us which parts of the site are useful. If you are signed in to LinkedIn, LinkedIn also tells us, in groups of at least 300 visitors and without naming anyone, which industries, company sizes and job functions visit the site.
We don't sell your information. If we advertise on LinkedIn, we may show our ads to groups of people who visited this site. LinkedIn builds those groups, and we never see who is in them.

Who else handles your information
- Wix hosts this website and stores contact form messages.
- Google provides Google Analytics, only if you accept cookies.
- LinkedIn provides the LinkedIn Insight Tag, only if you accept cookies.
- Microsoft provides Microsoft Clarity, only if you accept cookies.
- Meta (WhatsApp) carries your messages if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp.
Some of these providers store information outside South Africa, under their own data protection safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond, quote and work with you, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email alex@rendermatic3d.com. If you're unhappy with our response, you can complain to South Africa's Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).
