Food animation lives or dies on texture. The brief was to show a Hazelnut Crunch cone being constructed, layer by layer, in a way that makes you want one.
We 3D-scanned the real product for accurate geometry, then blended filmed texture footage into the materials so the chocolate, nuts and wafer read as real rather than rendered. The cone cracks in slow motion at the end; that single beat carries most of the appetite appeal.
Week one: scan and build the product, lock the storyboard. Week two: materials, lighting and animation blocking, with a low-res pass for client sign-off. Week three: final render, compositing and delivery into the edit.
Sixteen seconds of finished animation, delivered in three weeks, dropped straight into the commercial edit.
In the current offer this sits under Short-form video. The same construction logic scales down to a six-second loop for feed without rebuilding anything.
